Mommy Moment

I had one of the most precious moments of my young motherhood last night. I was putting Nora to bed, and Ella wanted to help. I was sitting in the dark in Nora's room with her on my lap and Ella right beside me. As we rocked, I began singing "Hush little baby, don't say a word" and then "You are My Sunshine". Ella joined in the singing while Nora stared at us with big eyes. Precious! I hope I remember that moment forever.
